Relief Shop Manager (Bucks)

The purpose of this role is to provide continuous cover and support throughout the Rennie Grove Peace shop network and / or to work on specific projects as required.

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

·        Effectively and efficiently managing the shop and all its resources
in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.

·        Maximising the sales and profitability of the shop.

·        Managing and developing the team of shop volunteers.

·        Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.

Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community
