A beauty retailer who has a strong UK presence is looking for a regional to lead a team of area managers in driving sales throughout the east of England region. This is an integral role within the senior leadership team and an opportunity that doesn't come up too often.
The key focuses for this role include: sales, training, merchandising, influencing, recruitment and stock management.
Ideally, you will be someone with senior field experience within the retail industry. Having beauty and cosmetics experience isn't a necessity but having passion and enthusiasm for the product is important.
The role is paying up to £75,000 for the right candidate. Also included is a bonus and company car as well as a benefits package.
