As Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with your store managers to develop strategies for success, improve processes, and drive profitability. Your leadership will be key to inspiring and developing your team to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a regional management position, preferably within cosmetics or retail, and a proven track record of driving business success.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £75,000, plus a car allowance, bonus, and staff discounts.
