Built on three themes – driving a transition to more sustainable materials, exploring new business models, and challenging the mindsets of our partners and customers as well as our own teams – Project Earth is underpinned by our science-based targets as we look to a net-zero future.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 10px;font-size:12px;padding:5px 0px;">As a Personal Shopping Receptionist you will:</p><ul style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;"><li style="padding-left:5px;">Greet clients in a polite and friendly manner</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Actively listen to clients and respond to their enquiries</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Direct clients to the lounge and inform relevant colleague to assist</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Offer/prepare beverages for the clients</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Answer calls and deal with all client enquiries in a polite and professional manner</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Book appointments on the relevant system following the correct procedures</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Inform relevant colleagues regarding appointment booking/cancellations following the department’s procedure</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Complete all Front Desk admin tasks in a timely manner, including Sales Tracker and CRM</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Check/respond to department’s emails throughout the day</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Check all What’s App groups throughout the day and take relevant action</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Contact alterations department upon request</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Check courier/driver availability and book client deliveries</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Request client transfers if needed</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Respond to any shop floor/brand enquires and involve the relevant colleagues when needed</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Communicate effectively all tasks/enquires to the relevant colleagues and duty manager</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Ensure BOH kitchen is fully replenished throughout the day</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Ensure bathroom amenities are replenished.</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Check lounge is consistently tidy throughout the day</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Report any maintenance issues to line Manager</li></ul></div><div style="margin:20px 0px 30px;color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-indent:0px;text-transform:none;word-spacing:0px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);"><h3 style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:'itc_avant_garde_gothicbold', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-weight:500;line-height:1.1;margin:0px 0px 15px;font-size:24px;padding:5px 0px 10px;border-bottom:2px solid rgb(157,157,157);text-decoration:none;text-transform:capitalize;">A bit about you</h3><p style="margin:0px 0px 10px;font-size:12px;padding:5px 0px;">As a Personal Shopping Receptionist, you will:</p><ul style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:10px;"><li style="padding-left:5px;">Ensure you comply with the Selfridges Values</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Assist colleagues during busy periods with all tasks at hand</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Help with clearing rooms following appointments when necessary</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Communicate effectively when leaving the desk and ask for cover</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Support line/duty manager with tasks</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Be punctual and follow correct procedure for lateness and sickness</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Assist with EOD cashing up and take cash bag to Cash Office</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Adapt schedule according to the business’ needs</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Possess a positive attitude towards business changes</li><li style="padding-left:5px;">Work outside FOH responsibilities when needed to contribute further towards the business’ success</li></ul></div>
