A new opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor to join this fashion retailer on a temporary basis. The company is a growing womenswear retailer that is well-established within its field.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with customer service enquiries over the phone and e-mail and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience from within a retail business. Prior experience setting KPIs or as a supervisor would also be advantageous.
