There will also be an expectation to visit other locations/suppliers as the need arises. Salary - £70,900 - £108,300 Contract type - Permanent Interviews - 2 stage process About the role As a leader and expert you will be responsible for executing the growth plans for On Demand/ Quick Commerce services and platforms. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Lead the delivery of our on demand grocery channel for Waitrose online Relationship management of 3rd party marketplace partners Achievement of the required profitability, efficiency and customer experience targets for all platforms Leadership of continuous improvement plans across all platforms Develops effective relationships with critical business leaders to support on demand - including extensive collaboration with Retail, Commercial, Technology and Digital Product. Essential skills you’ll need Experience working with or for on demand marketplace providers Experienced in leading large scale commercial negotiations Experience in leading a matrix environment A commercial mind, able to identify opportunities and articulate their financial impact to create powerful business cases Confident and capable of working with technology teams to drive innovation and improvements to the customer experience and operation.
