Night Operations Manager - Supermarket

We are seeking a Strong retail operations manager from a fast moving replenishment background such as Supermarkets, DIY or other big box retail environments to join this client as a Night Operations Manager in this £100million Turnover store.
Leading a team of around 35 staff to deliver store standards ready for trading. You will focus on product availability, stock security, pricing accuracy and the ability to work accurately at pace.
You will need experience in managing team performance and associated HR and Training issues. Ideally you will have owned KPI's around store standards and product inventory,
A positive attitude and excellent team work skills are highly desirable. This role requires the applicant to work 12 hour shifts on a 3 on 3 off basis.
As well as a basic salary of £35,000 you will also be awarded a night premium of £5,000 and the opportunity to earn annual bonus. This is a large international client with lots of opportunity for advancement.
