This timeless cosmetics retailer is looking for a multi-site manager to join its team. The company's strategic approach has allowed its continued thriving presence within the industry.

The role will entail running a high profile store and ensuring your team are adept on in store processes, capable of delivering high levels of customer service and undertaking any necessary back of house procedures. You will also be tasked with overseeing other stores within the area, being a direct point of contact to ensure they are performing to an optimal level.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience, and also demonstrate an understanding of an outlet environment, confident at making decisions to bolster performance in either setting. A proactive, structured approach will be critical to achieving success in the role.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £46,000 which will also include paid travel expenses between sites.
