The ideal candidate, will be an established junior merchandiser or merchandiser with an entrepreneurial spirit. They will have strong analytical and planning skills, with a proven track record in merchandising and setting up new processes in a fashion environment. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential. A keen eye for detail and the ability to influence across teams will be crucial for success in this role.
