Marketplace Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive in the Marketplace team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our seller accounts. You will work closely with various teams within Tesco including finance, digital product, and online operations to ensure a seamless experience for our sellers. this role offers a dynamic environment where you will develop expertise in the marketplace model and contribute to the future of Tesco,

You will be responsible for:

Assist in developing and maintaining a robust self serve proposition for sellers
Identify opportunities to improve the seller experience and create relevant content
Support teams across Tesco including remote teams in their efforts to assist sellers
Act as a liaison between sellers and internal teams ensuring seller needs are communicated and addressed
Contribute to driving organisational efficiencies in the management of the seller base
Be a subject matter expert for Seller operations on Marketplace
To encourage and support sellers to participate in seasonal events to help drive trade
Collaborate with Sellers to maintain a price competitive marketplace
