About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our brand's success in the UK market. You will lead an Area Manager and collaborate with in-store teams, retail partners, global marketing, and host store teams to ensure our brands achieve their full potential. This role is key to aligning strategies, elevating visibility, and integrating marketing and retail objectives seamlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and manage brand image across in-store channels.
- Lead the launch of new products while driving growth for existing lines.
- Build and nurture cross-functional relationships, ensuring collaboration across teams such as sales, demand planning, and commercial teams.
- Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Develop and execute marketing plans with a strong focus on in-store activations and trade marketing initiatives.
- Support field sales operations by setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
- Provide leadership to the retail Area Manager, driving exceptional team performance.

We’re looking for a marketing professional with:

- A results-driven approach, with experience in setting and achieving performance goals.
