Operational Finance Manager

They are now seeking a talented operational finance manager to join their dynamic team. If you're a CIMA-qualified professional passionate about enhancing financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving strategic growth, this is an ideal opportunity for you!

As the finance manager, you will play a key role in the business, working closely with operations. Your responsibilities will include managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will also be instrumental in analysing and refining operational finance processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance controls.

In this front-facing position, you will partner with key stakeholders across the business, offering clear financial guidance and advice. Leading a small team, you will develop their skills and lead by example, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Your experience with be from a hospitality driven environment, where you are very hands on with the operators. You will be a fully qualified CIMA professional, or equivalent, where you can demonstrate excellent leadership, proven experience in a similar operational finance role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to educate, influence and challenge the operation.
