Loss Prevention Manager

A multi-product retailer based on Regent Street is looking for a loss prevention manager to protect profit and ensure that all operations are compliant. This company is prominent across the world and widely recognised for their merchandise that tells a story for every customer.
You will be responsible for ensuring safety across the site which will consist of regularly monitoring CCTV, performing audit checks and monitoring entry/exit areas. You will also be integral in ensuring that the team are working to health and safety guidelines whilst mitigating business risks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a loss prevention manager and be health and be comfortable with operating stock related and security systems to ensure that stock takes are accurate. In this role you will liaise with the floor-based team and deliver training sessions, so an effective and engaging communicator is imperative for this position.
The role is paying up to £38,000.
