Learning & Development Manager

This hospitality and leisure company, known for its innovative technology for creating experiences, is looking for a learning and development manager to elevate the training function.
Working closely with the HR team, the key focuses will be updating the LMS, onboarding, internal communication, talent development and local outreach.
Coming from a similar role within the retail and hospitality environment, you will be someone who is proactive and a creative thinker. You will play an integral part in developing the internal talent pipeline so there is lot's of scope to have a huge impact.
The role is paying up to £75,000 for the right candidate. There is a 10% performance related bonus and benefits package.
