As learning and development manager you will full accountability for implementing and delivering the training strategy for the company. You will be responsible for building in the strategy around L&D and implementing this across the business . As an integral part of the HR team, reporting to the head of HR you will find job satisfaction daily.

Your experience should be from a retail, hospitality or events background and there should be experience of delivering a full training proposition to a business.
