Junior Merchandiser

This high street fashion retailer is looking for a junior merchandiser to join its well established and ever growing team. The company, that operates on a global scale, prides itself on delivering quality products at customer friendly prices. If you are an assistant merchandiser looking to make the step up or a junior merchandiser who is passionate about meeting customer demands then this is the role for you!

The role will entail achieving department KPI's in line with strategy, presenting department strategy every season in collaboration with the buyer and designer and ensuring in-season activity delivers planned sales, margin and terminal stock targets.

The ideal candidate will have negotiating and influencing skills, confidence around presenting, exposure to designing and signing off on ranges and will be a team player who is adept at maintaining good relationships with suppliers.

The role is paying up to £39,000 for the right candidate and also includes quarterly samples sales.
