HR Business Partner - Senior

Our client an established hospitality company is searching for a Senior HR Business Partner to support the restaurants across UK, France and German. It is a great time to join this company with it's continuing success and get get involved in senior strategy to continue to develop the people strategy. This role is based 2 days in Central London office and 3 days out in sites.
Reporting into the Senior People Manager for Europe you will be responsible for the delivery of people business partnership across all sites. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders. The role will focus on building key relationships across all levels of the business, to guide and influence better people-focused business decisions in all areas of people management.
You will have experience of working as a successful and results driven Senior HRBP and will have at least three years experience in a similar role in HR in a the hospitality or retail environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellence stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders. Our client is ideally looking for both UK and international experience as the position manages three HR and recruitment managers across the three international markets.
