HR Business Partner

This globally renown sports retailer is looking to welcome a HR Business Partner to its continually expanding team. The company have a presence in various continents and provide quality products to its loyal customer base to exceed satisfaction rates.

The role will be centred around retail operations in the UK and on an international level. The responsibilities will entail; partnering with the learning and development team on training and succession planning, creating a strong colleague experience, partnering with the retail directors as well as the regional, district and country managers.

The ideal candidate will be engaging and demonstrate good communicative skills. With a background in retail and prior international exposure, the candidate will also demonstrate an interest in data and metrics whilst being excited achieving results.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £70,000 and will also benefit from a hybrid model that will see you work at least one day a week from the office.
