Our client doesn't just design eyewear — they craft experiences. Creating bespoke, luxury collections made from horn and precious metals, the client attracts a prestigious clientele. The head office is based in West London, with global offices in Munich and Chicago, and four beautiful boutiques in Central London, they are known for their craftsmanship, fashion, and global innovation.
We’re looking for a visionary global head of marketing to lead the international brand storytelling and marketing execution across wholesale, retail, and digital channels. From premium in-store activations to red-carpet-ready campaign moments, you’ll shape how the world sees this fabulous retailer.
You will:
- Define and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across key global markets
- Deepen customer relationships through innovative acquisition and retention initiatives
- Champion a creative and high-performing team, nurturing growth and collaboration
- Partner with regional teams to roll out international campaigns and high-impact activations
- Spearhead events, visual merchandising, PR outreach, digital initiatives, and trade show presence
- Ensure the message remains consistent and compelling across all touchpoints
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate your experience within a luxury retail/wholesale environment, distinct advantage will be experience within optical/eyewear. A track record of building campaigns that drive business growth and elevate brand perception, whilst being strategic across global markets. This role centres on physical branding but digital experience would be an advantage.
The basic salary is paying up to £80,000. This is 5 day office based role in West London. Benefits include flexitime working, on-site parking facilities, and free eyecare and frames. This is a great opportunity to join a growing brand.
