Loss Prevention Business Partner

Our client is seeking a skilled head of loss prevention and security to join their London team. They are committed to offering top-quality natural and organic products, pairing excellent customer service with a strong focus on environmental responsibility.

This global role covers both the UK and Canada, emphasising asset protection, risk reduction, and fostering a store-level security culture. Based in the UK, the role requires two weeks per year in Canada.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in retail loss prevention, security, and in-store health and safety, with a background managing multiple sites. International experience is an advantage. Strong relationship-building skills and expertise in health and safety leadership and training are essential.
