Head of Denim R&D (Washing plant)

An exciting opportunity has come up for a head of denim R&D to join a large manufacturer in Bangladesh.
The role is a new role to help spearhead and move forward the denim offering within the international manufacturer.

The role:
• Keep up to date with all denim trends, including dyeing, finishing and washing techniques
• Manage the full R&D process
• Work with designers on collections
• Travel to international fairs and mills
• Understanding of costings and negotiations

The business is looking for someone with good experience with Turkish denim mills.
You will be highly skilled in denim, and have worked with good high street accounts.

In return there is a net salary up to $8000 net per month, as well as a full expat package on top.
