This supermarket chain has a portfolio of stores across Jersey and Guernsey is looking for a general manager to manage the flagship site. The retailer is looking to open more stores as it heads into a phase of growth.
As the general manager, you will be tasked with leading and managing a team of 50+ employees. You will oversee maximising sales opportunities through commercial strategies and operations management.
The role is paying up to £61,000. This includes a relocation allowance. You are also eligible for a 20% annual bonus. As mentioned, the company is growing and expanding so there will be opportunities to progress in the future.
