General Manager

We are looking to speak with talented general managers to run this fast paced, volume restaurant in one of the busier sites. The company continues to lead the industry and is still expanding. The company prides themselves on premium ingredients and creating a family friendly environment.

As the general manager, you’ll handle the day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and maximise efficiency to meet customer demand, particularly during peak times. This role requires someone with strong leadership abilities to inspire the team and elevate the restaurant’s success.

Ideally, you will be a current manager with proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management where you can demonstrate that you can work at pace. You may be ready for a step up to a larger, fast pace environment with a market leader. You will be able to demonstrate your dedication to your teams development, providing an efficient service whilst maintaining high standards.
