General Manager

This world renowned outdoors fashion retailer is looking for a general manager to join its team. The company places an emphasis on its people to ensure they are at the heart of the business, allowing for positive working conditions and growth opportunities internally.

The role will entail leading the team in all areas, from driving service on the shop floor, empowering your team to enable them to maximise their potential, overseeing standards and day to day operations in store.

With prior management experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for retail as well as a natural flair for leading a team. A proactive approach will also be beneficial.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £30,000 with the opportunity to grow your OTE through a monthly bonus. There are a host of other benefits such as, uniform allowance, one weekend off per month and many more!
