Franchise Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a franchise manager to join an international retailer in its new Dubai headquarters.
This role will see you over the growth, development as well as performance of the franchise network.

The role:
• Manage the franchises, looking at training, development and standards
• Identify and evaluate potential new areas for expansion
• Make regular market and store visits, to ensure standards are met
• Provide operational support to franchises
• Collaborate with franchises on buys and budget

The candidate:
• Previous experience managing franchises in the retail sector
• Highly commercial with a strong business acumen
• Strong knowledge of franchise laws, regulations and contracts
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and budgeting systems

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new location, and be part of its continued expansion. There is a net salary of up to 25,000 AED monthly, plus medical cover and holiday.
