Junior Footwear Designer

This is a great opportunity for a creative, trend lead, junior footwear designer to join a luxury, youthful footwear brand.

The Role:

Assist in the creation of CADs and design presentations to support seasonal collections.

Develop detailed and accurate tech packs for production, ensuring all specifications are clearly communicated.

Conduct research on trends, materials, and techniques to support design development.

Work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure consistency across all product lines.

Assist with general administrative tasks related to the design process, including file organization and communication with suppliers.

The Candidate:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for CAD creation and design development.

Experience in producing tech packs with precise specifications.

Previous experience in a similar role within fashion, outerwear, or accessories is desirable.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

The role will suit a passionate, creative, proactive and adaptable fashion footwear design graduate with a sound knowledge of processes, strong technical capabilities and experience designing casual boots, sandals, loafers, ballerinas, footbeds and trainers.
