Flagship Store Manager

We’re currently partnering with a jewellery retailer to recruit a flagship store manager for their high-performing location based on Oxford St, London. This business represents several of the industry’s most respected premium brands and is recognised as a leader in the luxury retail market.

Recent product launches have significantly boosted the company’s sales performance across the UK, reaching record-breaking figures. As a result, this is an exciting time to join a brand that is on a strong upward trajectory.

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving a store with annual turnover exceeding £7million. Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving store-level EBITDA targets
- Maintaining operational excellence, particularly in back-of-house procedures
- Leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Experience in a flagship environment with a strong focus on client service and assisted selling is essential. Focusing on the customer journey is key here. A background in fashion, accessories, jewellery, footwear, or beauty would be particularly relevant.

The package includes:
- Salary up to £47,000, dependent on experience
