As the flagship store manager, your focus will be on maximising sales opportunities while fostering a supportive environment that prioritises your team's wellbeing. You'll lead from the sales floor, setting the tone, driving business growth, and motivating your team to deliver their best performance. You will have the autonomy to recruit for your team.

Your experience will come from a service led, luxury environment where you can demonstrate your success in leading a high performing team and driving sales. You will be well versed in HR and comfortable in processes and policies.

The basic salary on offering is up to £47,000 with an attractive benefits package which includes a generous discount, wellbeing options and a commission scheme.
