Flagship Store Manager

A fashion brand is looking for a store manager in the Fulham area. This brand offers a beautiful and extensive range for ladies ready to wear and has established itself on high streets and shopping centres across the UK.

The role of store manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 10 – 15 staff, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store.

Experience managing a flagship store and a fashion background within retail is desirable. You will also need to be comfortable with payroll, profit margins and scheduling to ensure that the store is commercially successful.

The role is paying up to £46,000.
