Finance Analyst

Join our dynamic Finance function and play a key role in driving insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will partner closely with your designated business area(s), leveraging your expertise to turn data into actionable insight and help shape financial outcomes that support our ongoing success.
About the Role
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Business Partner and act as a trusted advisor to your business stakeholders. You will use financial data to provide insights, ensure compliance, and support performance through robust planning and reporting. Your role is critical in enabling sound business decisions and ensuring financial integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting business stakeholders with financial insight and decision-making
Conducting detailed analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability
Developing financial models and forecasts aligned to business strategy
Monitoring financial risks and identifying commercial opportunities
Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for your area
Ensuring month-end accuracy, compliance, and reporting
Preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
Supporting and reviewing capital investment cases and tracking ROI
Driving standardisation and automation across finance processes
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen and the ability to present complex financial information simply and clearly. You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a proactive, problem-solving approach to your work. You are confident navigating data, have a keen eye for detail, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
You will also have:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SAP experience is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to influence business decisions
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions
A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and share ideas
