Tesco is seeking an experienced Feasibility Manager to lead and manage the commercial and technical aspects within the Store Development Feasibility and Commercial team. The successful candidate will produce accurate feasibility cost estimates and ensure consistent cost management processes across all markets.

You will be responsible for:

Lead and manage all commercial and technical due diligence, design, and implementation for new store development and redevelopments in the Tesco Portfolio.
Direct QS team to produce accurate feasibility cost estimates for new store developments and refurbishments.
Lead the design team and project managers to create efficient solutions for store delivery, utilizing knowledge of retail design and fit-out.
Deliver and manage developer specifications, compliance documents, and specification drawings by collaborating with Location Planning, Finance, Property Acquisition, and Design Team stakeholders.
Ensure consistent cost management processes are implemented
Deliver the right proposition as defined by the Formats and Design Standards team.
Conduct technical appraisals and site visits across Ireland
Participate in meetings with developers and shopping centre owners to discuss project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with Property Finance and Property Teams to meet deadlines for monthly Property Board reviews and approvals.
Facilitate negotiations with real estate owners and developers to ensure compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.
Manage cost data, benchmark development costs, and drive cost efficiencies through value engineering and procurement processes.
Attend all relevant Natural Work Team meetings on and off-site to provide planning and design expertise.
Engage with Property colleagues to manage the process for Feasibility Plans and share Design Documents.
Coach, support, and provide information for Tesco Business Services to deliver accurate Retail Plans and Design Documents.

You will need:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost management, preferably with PQS or Contractor/Developer experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
