Ecommerce expansion manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Expansion Manager based in the Middle East to lead the strategic growth and expansion of an e-commerce business across new markets, regions, and sales channels.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential opportunities to grow their online presence, drive increased sales, and enhance the overall customer experience in our e-commerce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
- managing and executing market entry strategies and scaling e-commerce operations
- conducting in-depth market analysis to uncover new regions and demographics
- establishing relationships with key partners, and coordinating efforts across various functions to ensure successful market penetration.
- implement a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric expansion plan.
- developing strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.

Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring KPIs to evaluate the success of the expansion initiatives, making data-driven decisions to continuously refine and improve strategies for long-term growth.

This role is based in the Middle East and there is a competitive salary in AED, plus medical and holiday cover.
