Multi Site Store Manager

Join a leading global skincare and fragrance brand as a Multi-Site Manager! We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the a standalone store in Braintree while overseeing an additional six locations. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to make a significant impact in the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations at the Braintree store while providing leadership across multiple sites.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience in all locations.
Implement sales strategies and drive performance to achieve store targets.
Lead, train, and develop a diverse team to foster a high-performing work culture.
Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing multiple retail locations, ideally in an outlet environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and achieving results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Flexibility and willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
