Director of Product Development (outerwear)

An incredible opportunity has come up for a director of product development to join an international garment manufacturer.
The manufacturer is well known for their quality of products and communication with customers. This role is looking for someone who has extensive outerwear product experience.

The role:
• Lead the end-to-end product development of all outerwear products
• Be knowledgeable and up to date of market trends, and design analysis
• Develop and coach a team
• Be customer centric, with knowledge of pricing and intellectual property
• Work to develop materials, and look at fabric innovations

To be successful in the role, you will have extensive senior product development experience within outerwear categories.
You will have experience leading large teams, and having excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties. You will be strategic, and commercial able to influence and advise the executive team.

As a senior leadership role there is a remuneration up to $150,000 plus an expat package with a comprehensive bonus scheme. It is an exciting time to be part of a well-respected business who continue to grow and lead the way in their industry.
