Deputy Store Manager

Due to internal promotion our client is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for their fast paced and successful store based in Brighton.

Their brand holds a market leading position within fashion and accessories. They have an excellent reputation for quality products, innovative designs and welcoming stores that are focused on service.

Salary on offer is until £28,500 with an annual bonus.

To be considered for the role its essential that you have supervisory / team leadership or assistant management experience within retail.

You will be responsible for:
People Leadership - including rota planning, staff performance management, motivation, leadership and inspiration. Setting goals and organizing the day to day priorities of your team.

Customer service Management - upholding the brand standards, ensuring brand standards are met across all customer engagement points.

Sales focus - Keeping the commercial focus of the business on target, working with the store manager and the team to reach financial performance indicators.
