A premium fashion and accessories retailer who has become popular for their timeless and sleek designs is looking for a deputy store manager based around Old Street in London. This brand has taken the UK market by storm and continues expanding across the country.
The role of deputy store manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15 - 20, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a similar team size and be comfortable performing operational tasks as well as managing colleague performance effectively. A fashion or accessories background within retail is also advantageous for this position.
The role is paying up to £35,000.
