Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient stock control, including inventory management, product replenishment, and quality standards.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Help manage team scheduling, recruitment, and training to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Assist with store marketing and promotions to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and manage store budgets, including cost control and waste management.
• Lead by example in promoting a positive, customer-first culture within the store.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, ideally within a supermarket environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach to ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and supermarket operations is a plus.
