Department Manager

This forward thinking accessories retailer is looking to bolster its ranks with the introduction of a department manager. Despite already being industry leaders, the company continues its venture of unprecedented growth, providing plenty of opportunity for internal growth and progression.

The role will entail overseeing a team to ensure they are delivering optimal customer service standards and providing any training where necessary. Collaboration with fellow members of the management team will also be critical to achieving success within the role.

Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear capability to lead a team, whilst also demonstrating a passion for delivering excellent levels of service. An understanding of working with different customer demographics will also be beneficial.

The successful applicant will receive a salary north of £34,000 inclusive of a generous bonus scheme that has been paid out consistently over the past 15 years.
