Working across the Customer Leadership Team to co-ordinate the departmental input into business wide planning processes and ensure that the Customer teams workflow is aligned to and in service of the requirements of the business. Build out and create materials to engage internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the department and leadership team.

You will be responsible for:

Overall ownership of the Customer change agenda, from articulation through to programme delivery
Integration of the Customer change work into the Group Strategy and Market planning cycles
Owns the articulation of our Customer LTP and in-year deliverables, from PLC Board through to Customer Connects
Integrates the plan into existing governance

You will need:

Financial experience, including participation in the LTP Programme
Expertise in change management and portfolio delivery
Proven ability to draft and present pre-read materials for PLC board-level meetings
Strong background in designing and operating portfolio- or market-level governance frameworks
