VF Corporation is looking to recruit 2 CSOM Clerks to work in our order management team. These positions are fixed-term contracts to support with extra volumes during peak. The roles are based in our UK distribution centre in Bardon, Leicestershire

Let's Talk about the Role



As a CSOM Clerk, you will complete all system and administration processes, in particular securing bookings with wholesale customers and carriers, to enable the DC to successfully despatch outbound wholesale deliveries.



Working as part of the Customer Service and Order Management team, you will conduct a variety of tasks depending on workload and customer requirements.





How You Will Make a Difference




* Proactively managing the booking process and ensuring bookings are made on time
* Liaising with customer service, carriers and wholesale customers on a daily basis
* Updating systems and tools to ensure end to end processes are completed
* Ensuring all processes are carried out to standard operating process

* Ensuring accuracy in data and reporting - proactively seeking solutions
* Working with reports to ensure orders are put into production and delivery deadlines are met




Skills for Success



You should be someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, in an administration role or similar who is:




* Familiar with a Booking System - either Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or bespoke packages (Shiplog, EDI, Transport etc) - and Microsoft Packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* An excellent communicator, who is able to relay information clearly to a diverse and multi-skilled supplier and customer base both verbally and over email and Zoom
* Of a strong analytical background, able to understand data and work with accuracy
* Able to work well to deadlines and manage time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Flexible to adapt to business requirements and eager to learn new skills on a regular basis
* Committed to the achievement and maintenance of quality and best practice
* Previous experience in a distribution centre, in particular an automated eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale environment with significant exposure to Inbound and Outbound Freight and Carrier or Customer Service would be advantageous
