What you'll do

You will play a pivotal role in leading and implementing flagship community projects as part of our Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability division. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around utilising your exceptional project management skills to identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You will also be responsible for building and managing relationships with our Retail Community Champion network, internal stakeholders and external charity partners, effectively showcasing the social and commercial benefits of our community initiatives. Your focus will be on ensuring the successful implementation of community and partnerships programmes, aligning objectives, outputs, and impacts with our broader strategy. Your strong financial acumen will be essential as you manage community financial processes, including ARIR, cheques, budget trackers, and Local Heroes applications. Timely and efficient response to queries from stores, charities, and colleagues will be crucial, as well as building strong stakeholder networks.
