In this role, you’ll take the lead on crafting and executing impactful campaigns, promotions, and activations that elevate the brand’s presence in key markets. From planning events and managing press activities to delivering innovative in-store experiences, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how the brand connects with its audience. T
Collaboration will be central to your success, as you’ll work with in-store teams, retail partners, global marketing, and host store teams to align strategies and amplify the brand's visibility. You’ll also oversee the retail area manager, providing leadership to drive performance and ensure seamless integration of marketing and retail objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from a fragrance environment, with a proven track record of delivering results through communications, PR, and activations. Familiarity with London’s top department stores is a strong advantage, enabling you to navigate key relationships and enhance brand representation.
This pivotal role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000, plus a performance bonus of up to 18%. Additional benefits include hybrid working, early Friday finishes, 33 days of holiday, and a generous employee discount program.
