Cluster Manager

This international retailer sites themselves in prime locations for their target customer. With a diverse, premium product offering they have something for everyone. We are thrilled to be recruiting for a cluster manager for their team.

As a cluster manager, you will maximise sales through customer service and management of staff. You will continually evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels and inventory levels. As the cluster manager, you will analyse what is driving sales and what are the areas for improvement, as well as run recruitment and ongoing training for the site.

As an experienced large store/cluster manager, you will be confident to work independently with the ability to manage fast changing priorities. You will have a proven track record of leading your store to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience, with a focus on training and upskilling your team to maximise every customer opportunity.

The role is offering a salary of up to £40,000 for the right candidate. There is also a benefits package offered including a generous holiday allowance, strong bonus worth circa £8,000, company discount and every other weekend off.
