**Chef de Partie Responsibilities:**
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, reporting directly to the Sous Chef
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the designated section
- Place orders, receive goods, and ensure safe storage
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu creation, recipe development, and dish innovation
- Prepare meat and fish
- Help manage health and safety standards
- Assist with food hygiene practices
- Train and mentor Commis and Demi chefs, serving as a role model
- Monitor portion control and waste management
- Ensure the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
**Candidate Requirements:**
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Good spoken English
- Work authorisation in the UK
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
**Job Types:** Full-time, Permanent
**Target Earnings:** between £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
**Expected Hours:** 45 – 55 per week
**Additional Pay:** Performance bonus and Yearly bonus
