Buyer Womenswear - 12 Month FTC

We are seeking a talented knitwear/jersey buyer to join a London based womenswear fashion retailer for a 12 month fixed term contract. This brand sells high end high street womenswear with ranges across tailoring, formalwear and occasionwear.

Role responsibilities:
• Developing and sourcing knitwear and jersey ranges.
• Following the latest trends along with customer needs.
• Working alongside the design and merchandising department to develop commercial ranges.
• Managing the junior buying team.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a buyer/senior buyer developing knitwear/jersey ranges for a similar style womenswear brand. You will also have experience in managing a junior buying team.
