We have an exciting opportunity to join this well-loved premium accessories brand as a district manager covering the South of England. The brand is iconic with its accessories and they are now looking for a commercial and people driven manager to join the team.
The district manager will be focused on driving sales, KPI’s, managing and developing the store management team, commercial business decisions and looking at strategy.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience in retail area management and to be able to motivate and develop their team. Making sound commercial decisions on product lines in order to drive sales and drive KPI's.
The position is paying a competitive salary of up to £60,000, plus a strong quarterly bonus potential. This company believes in rewarding their team with a generous store discount and health benefits including detail and optical care.
