Boutique Manager

We’re currently partnering with a jewellery retailer to recruit a store manager for their high-performing location in Birmingham. This business represents several of the industry’s most respected premium brands and is recognized as a leader in the luxury retail market.

Recent product launches have significantly boosted the company’s sales performance across the UK, reaching record-breaking figures. As a result, this is an exciting time to join a brand that is on a strong upward trajectory.

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving a store with annual turnover exceeding £1.5 million, managing a team of 8, including an assistant manager and a senior sales advisor. Key responsibilities will include:

- Achieving store-level EBITDA targets
- Maintaining operational excellence, particularly in back-of-house procedures
- Leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

This opportunity would be perfect for an experienced deputy manager ready to take the next step into full store leadership. Experience in a premium or luxury environment with a strong focus on client service and assisted selling is essential. A background in fashion, accessories, jewellery, footwear, or beauty would be particularly relevant.
