Assistant Store Manager

A high street fashion retailer is looking to recruit an assistant store manager for its flagship store in Woking. Working closely with the store manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial, operational and audit targets exceeding business expectations. The retailer has planned new store openings in the UK and Europe.

As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for the store performance by focusing on sales, training, merchandising & operations.

Coming from a customer-facing background, you will be a retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.

The role is paying up to £30,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included. The retailer is passionate about people development and will offer opportunities to progress.
