As the assistant store manager, you will need to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in fashion, managing a sizable sales turnover and a large team. Team leadership is the key here. With the support of the store manager, you will be making sure that your team is being developed and performing.
Ideally, you will be experienced as an assistant store manager or a strong supervisor. You will be able to demonstrate your people leadership skills, whilst being commercially minded to drive the success of the store.
