Assistant Store Manager

This well-established fashion retailer, with over 200 stores, has operated for over 30 years. It is looking for an assistant store manager to join its team, contributing to its growth and success.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the store manager in the day-to-day running of the store. This includes managing and coaching your team, implementing and driving KPIs and becoming equipped to run the store in the manager’s absence.

With prior experience in a retail environment, as well as strong leadership qualities, you will be a natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
